Description
Turkish cistus is grown on volcanic soils, to which it owes its properties. It contains a high content of polyphenols - broad-spectrum volatile substances. When administered regularly, it changes body odor, making the animal less attractive to ectoparasites (fleas, mosquitoes, ticks). It is a rich source of antioxidants - especially important in spayed/neutered animals with lower resistance to free radicals. Phenyl acids in the purification positively stimulate the work of the liver and pancreas. Cistus is a perfect addition to the diet of dogs and cats prone to allergies (it soothes allergic reactions); it also has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties.
