Description

Advantix Spot-On Solution is a highly effective veterinary treatment specifically designed for dogs weighing between 4kg and 10kg. Developed by Elanco (formerly Bayer), this topical formula provides broad-spectrum protection by not only killing parasites upon contact but also repelling them before they have a chance to bite. This repellent effect significantly reduces the risk of transmitting vector-borne diseases such as leishmaniosis, which is transmitted by sandflies.

Key Benefits:

  • Triple Protection: Repels and kills ticks, fleas, and flying insects including mosquitoes, sandflies, and stable flies.
  • Fast-Acting: Kills fleas within 24 hours of application and continues to protect for up to 4 weeks.
  • Water-Resistant: The formula remains effective even if your dog gets wet after application.
  • Contact Action: Parasites do not have to bite your dog to be affected, reducing discomfort and the risk of infection.

Use Instructions:

Apply the entire contents of one 1.0ml pipette directly to the skin between the shoulder blades of your dog. Part the hair until the skin is visible before squeezing the pipette. For dogs in this weight range, a single spot application is usually sufficient. Do not use on puppies under 7 weeks of age or on dogs weighing less than 4kg. IMPORTANT: Do not use on cats. This product is extremely toxic to cats due to the active ingredient permethrin.
